The Mr12Volt CCC/M-ASK wireless multimedia device is an aftermarket upgrade specifically designed for BMW vehicles equipped with the older CCC/ (Car Communication Computer) system. This device brings modern multimedia features to older BMW models, enhancing the functionality of the car’s infotainment system.

1. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto: The device allows you to connect your iPhone or Android smartphone wirelessly to your BMW’s infotainment system. This provides access to apps like navigation (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze), music (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal), messaging, and calls directly from the car’s display.
2. Multimedia Playback: The device also allows you to play various multimedia formats from your phone or other devices through the car’s audio system. Mr12Volt supports supports Apple Lossless music streaming.
3. Better Sound Processing: Mr12Volt comes with a Highly Customizable 15 bar DSP Equalizer
4. Bluetooth Streaming: It may also support Bluetooth audio streaming, allowing you to play music from your phone without needing to connect via USB.
5. Aftermarket Camera: Mr12Volt supports the addition of Reverse/Front/Left/Right cameras, supporting up to AHD720
6. Retain OEM Controls: The device integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s original controls, such as the iDrive controller and steering wheel buttons, allowing you to control the new multimedia functions without losing any of the car’s factory features.
7. Screen Mirroring: It often supports MirrorLink or similar screen mirroring features, which let you mirror your smartphone’s display onto the car’s screen. This is useful for apps that are not natively supported by CarPlay or Android Auto.

How it works

• If a CD changer is fitted in the car, it must be disabled (Bypass Loop connector is included in the package to disable CD changer)
• Mr12volt is selected through "CD" button and played through CD changer channel
• Supports aftermarket cameras up to AHD720
• Does Not support the integration of OEM microphones, however both BMW and Mr12volt Bluetooth can be connected at the same time. BMW will handle as HF and Mr12volt as HF/Media (as a result, BMW HF will take over Mr12volt when a call is received)
• SIRI / VA commands must be input with the microphone supplied with P2000
