- CarPlay Direct's returns and warranty policies are only available for products that were purchased on CarPlay Direct's official website.
- We are not responsible for products sold by other resellers.
- CarPlay Direct offers a 1-year warranty for all products.
- Warranty time starts from the date of purchase.
- CarPlay Direct will provide permanent technical support and operation suggestion for those products that have exceeded the warranty period.

Returns
Return for product issue:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return for refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@carplaydirect.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return for refund after 30 days:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
We will not cater any return request for products sold over 60 days
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
About shipping fee
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for the return shipping fees
- We will cover shipping fee of replacement unit
