Your Range Rover Sport needs one of two kits. The split is not where most people expect it, because Land Rover changed the head unit partway through the L320's life as well as when the L494 replaced it. Find your car in the table, then read the section underneath, because cars registered in 2011 and 2012 sit right on a changeover and cannot be settled by year alone.

L320 DENSO (2009 - 2011)
Home Menu running down the left of the screen, with Navigation, Phone, Audio Video, 4x4 Info and Settings, a rotary MODE dial to the right, and a USB option under Audio Video, Portable Audio. If your Sport is registered in 2009, check that USB option before ordering, the facelift arrived partway through that year.
L320 Bosch (2012)
The Dual View touchscreen introduced for the 2012 model year, replacing the Denso system above. On the main menu, a Bosch system shows the clock on the right of the screen, a Harman system shows it in the middle. Because 2011 and 2012 registrations can be built either side of the change, send us your registration to confirm before ordering.
L494 Bosch (2013 - 2015)
The Bosch touchscreen carried over from the full size Range Rover, same screen and menus, just behind different dashboard trim. Clock on the right of the screen means Bosch, in the middle means the later Harman system.

Your car needs a USB option in the factory media menu, because the kit connects in place of the factory USB module, which is disabled during installation using the optical bypass connector supplied in the box. And the next and previous track buttons on the steering wheel are not supported on this kit, an OEM control limitation rather than a fault. Everything else on the wheel, including volume and phone controls, carries on working.
